Fortunately, we provide expert radon mitigation services that will swiftly reduce your radon levels, keeping you and your family healthy and safe. Job Stories From Stow, OH
Interior Radon Mitigation System Install

This homeowner had a nice basement with a bedroom and living room where his family would spend a lot of time. Because of this, they decided to test the radon levels, which came back elevated.

Due to the nice stonework on the outside of the home, we opted for an interior radon mitigation system, where the pipe would go up the garage wall, into the attic, and through the roof.

Our client was so happy that the aesthetics of their home wasn't affected, and the levels came down well below the EPA action level!

System Replacement for Apartment Complex

System Replacement For An Apartment Unit

We had gotten a call from an apartment complex where they had a dead tree fall and tear down a radon mitigation system. Luckily all of the interior piping was still solid, though everything on the outside of the unit needed replaced.

When we got there, we found that the previous company had used thin pipe and cheap straps to hold the pipe up. Using stronger materials like we used most likely would have kept the system up based on the surrounding damage that we saw.

The fan was replaced and wired in, and all the piping was run in about an hour. From there we went ahead and re-tested the unit and the levels came back at .9 pCi/L! The customer and apartment manager were both very happy with the timeliness and professionality of the work that we did.
