This homeowner had an existing system which wasn't bringing his radon levels down low enough. The previous installer also did not extend the exhaust point above the roofline.

To alleviate these issues, we installed a higher airflow fan to reduce the radon levels further. As well as extended the pipe above the roofline, so now it meets the radon standards and code.

Job Stories From Twinsburg, OH
Customer Requested Fresh, Clean Air in His Basement

We got a call from a customer wanting an ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilator) installed, he said that he worked out a lot in his basement and wanted to ensure that his air was fresh and clean.

What an ERV does, is it takes outside air and draws it into the system and at the same time in brings in the home's existing air and mixes the two so that the new air being brought into the house is more of a moderate temperature and humidity level.

This customer had a larger basement with many angles so in order to make sure that he was getting fresh air throughout the space, we put in two separate exhaust registers on opposite sides of the basement, this way the system can work as efficiently as possible.

Now he and his family can spend time in their basement, knowing that they aren't breathing in stale, old air.
